As a Shop Sales Staff member at MK Fabrics, you’ll play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through our diverse range of premium textiles, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You’ll be an ambassador for MK Fabrics, assisting customers with product inquiries, offering recommendations, and maintaining the store’s visual appeal. This position requires a passion for textiles, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand and effectively communicate information about the various fabric types, patterns, and features to customers.
- Provide expert advice and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash or card payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including arranging displays and restocking merchandise.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a courteous manner.
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a textile or fashion-related environment.
